Waist measurement

Refer to the size guide if needed. The waist measurement is the most important step to create a custom belt. Please do not enter pants sizes, it is not accurate.

Center measurement

A center measurement is only needed if you are requesting a name to be stamped in the back center. If you do not provide a center measurement, I will provide one for you according to the waist measurement that you provided in the waist measurement field.

Name on the back center

Type the name you want stamped on the back center.Keep in mind if you request for more than ten letters, it might wrap, around to the hips. Ten letters or less is ideal. For example, "KIARA". If you do not wish to have a name stamped on the back center, type "initials at tip only". Move on to the next field and enter your initials there.

Initials at tip

Type the initials you want stamped at tip. Two letters are ideal, three letters is the max for the tip. For example, "KR". If you do not want to have initials at the tip of the belt, type "name on back center only".
